What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I price by the size / design and what type of surface it’s painted on

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Talk budget / timeline so I can have a better feel for what the client is expecting. And then what my timeline is to schedule the project for painting.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I take an oil painting class every week - which helps Improve painting / image composition and design.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started mural painting when I was 15! It was a school project, and then it grew into doing murals for friends and family until I could start painting for businesses.

Family - friends - library- business owners - restaurant- Rec centers - schools -

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find what artist will paint exactly what you want! In the style you like. Murals are fairly permanent. And take time and money to cover them up if not done right. If you’re looking for cheap - chances are the quality of work will be less because the time spent learning how to really paint to scale is still in practice mode.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Have a good idea of what they want subject matter or color pallet - location of mural. And an estimated timeline of when they want it done.
