What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are inline with industry standards for licensed and insured company’s. We do offer multiple discounts be sure to ask the estimator about what discounts you qualify for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer free in home estimates to give the customer the best price while giving us the proper knowledge of what it is the customer wants done. We offer free color consultation to help customers pick the perfect colors (this includes painting sample colors on walls) once colors have been chosen and a date is picked. We will be to the project on time the day of start. We take care of the home as if it is our home while we are on the job, that means a clean work space with covered flooring, furniture, cabinets etc. Painting is always done with high quality products and the proper amount of coats to insure the coverage is perfect with no runs and straight tape lines. Once painting is complete a walk through will take place with the customer to insure that the customer is %100 satisfied with the work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Question: Why have a professional paint vs do it yourself? Our answer is “ as professionals we have the proper skills and tools to prepare a surface for paint as well as the skills to paint that surface. Painting can seem like an easy quick task to someone who has little to no experience in it. More of than not DYI people get in over their heads by paining when they have little experience and end up spending more money to buy the proper tools and or having to hire a pro to fix a mess they created.” Question: What product will be used to paint? Our answer “we use the best paints for every situation we do not skip corners and will make sure if a surface needs priming it will be done”
