What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

From intake call to completion, we want you to feel like part of our family. You'll have direct access to our General Manager/project managers to walk you through your job from start to finish. Being invited into your home or workplace is an honor and we always treat our customers with the utmost respect.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our General Manager is a 4th generation painter with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Texas Tech University and is currently working on his Masters degree. Anthony has years of experience in business management and works tirelessly with our paint suppliers to gain extensive knowledge on the products we offer to help you secure the best paint quality possible.

We are fond of all our projects! We have been blessed with the most amazing customers who have said the best things about our company and our employees. Whether it was 1 day, 1 week or a few weeks, everyone's jobs have been an absolute pleasure.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be absolutely comfortable with the folks you are allowing into your home. There are so many unreliable and untrustworthy people in the world these days. We hate hearing about individuals and families who are taken advantage of. Meet with the project manager and discuss your job in detail. There are so many touch points that need to be discusses before paint goes on the walls, especially for the larger projects.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Deposit due vs. paid at completion? Paint quality? Timeline? Furniture removal?
