We are a family owned and operated company. We provide free on-site estimate to give our customers an accurate price for their project. We know every project is different, that is why we put a huge emphasis on the first walk through where we catch any damage or obstacles. We come up with an action plan with you, keeping your time and budget in mind. If you feel that our price is over your budget, please call us so we can re-evaluate the estimate or help you compare our estimate to others. We make sure our customers are satisfied with our work from the begining to the completion of the job, weather permitting. We are not happy until you are happy with the job. Services we offer include: Exterior/Interior Painting, Preparation: pressure washing, scrape/sand, caulk, and prime. Stain, Sheetrock repairs, Float and Texture, Door refinishing, Fence, Stucco, Brick, Trim/Siding, Wrought Iron painting. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Free Estimates! We always work with our customers to give them fair and reasonable prices. We keep in mind their needs and budgets. Checks and cash accepted.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start by discussing briefly our customers needs by asking a few questions so that we can better serve them. Then set appointment to meet for a free estimate. Pictures of a project are acceptable, in my experience it is better to see the project to give an exact estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My experience counts for my training and I also great have workers. You can count with my commitment, honesty, and attention to detail on your project. I work with several paint suppliers to make sure that my customers have the materials needed to complete project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have 24 years of experience in exterior painting. I have been painting contractor since 1994 and in 2004 I started my company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Exterior painting and interior painting: Residential and Commercial properties. 1-story, 2-story, 3-story: Houses, townhomes, apartments (multi-family complexes), business buildings.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I like all my projects. Most importantly it's seeing my customers satisfied with their home remodeling project complete. I had 3-story townhome and as you know they can be close proximity with other townhomes. It took me a week to complete. An average job once scheduled can take approximately 3 days to a week, weather permitting.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We are dedicated to doing a great job and we always make sure our customers are satisfied. Our business owner will check on progress daily and we always have a project manager to oversee our projects daily.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should have a clear picture when they want to start project. Ask: Timeline of completion? How long have you been in business? Do you have an insurance certificate? Who will be team experts coming by to see property? Ask as many questions possible. It is always good to make a list of what you need done and questions you want to ask.
