What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Schedule an appointment to view the entire scope of the project. 2. Create an estimate outlining the project from start to finish. 3. Receive a down payment to start the project. 4. Walk through completed project with customer, and complete a punch list if any. 5. Receive final payment and close the project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started while in high school during the summer breaks helping our neighbor with his remodeling business, and working for my best friend grandfather's commercial construction business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Home Owners that made a recent purchase, or just want to update their current home. Realtors that want a house to look great before putting it on the market for sale. Business Owners that want to create an inviting and comfortable environment for their customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

01. Contingency Budget. - While pricing in based on the surface, there are issues that my pop up that is not covered by the original quote and requires additional funds. 02. Time Constraints. - The more time the pro has to work, the quicker the project will get completed.
