no standard pricing. every structure and job is different and bring different obstacles. some are easier and requires less labor or material. so to be standard would be unfair.

walk-through estimate or proposal. sign contract, pull permit if needed. work until completion. final walk-through before final payment.

I was very proud of lifting a home 6 inches higher at no extra cost knowing flood zone in Port Arthur, Texas.

Get a local provider that lives and work in your community. Check for warranty , reliability and connectivity . If you feel optimistic or pressured go with your instinct . We are your homes first responder. Help us continue to grow and be a customer for life for all of your projects and repairs!
