Yes..... that makes all the difference! ✨✨ Hall's Residential and Commercial Cleaning services stand out because we are a family owned & operated business in which we are licensed and insured, and when I clean & paint, it brings joy and peace and I make sure to clean everything just like I owned it. I want it to the spotless, and done right. I am a perfectionist when it comes to cleaning and painting. I want everyone to have a clean and sanitary environment, but most importantly I want the customer to be happy with my services and happy in their homes. We are located in Nashville, TN but that does not mean that we do not travel to other areas. Our main client base is in Nashville TN, and all surrounding areas, including Clarksville TN, Kentucky, Alabama, Indiana and Georgia. I enjoy cleaning & painting because it's something that I'm use to doing since a young age so it only feels natural to have a clean and sanitary environment, and enjoy myself transforming your home! I like making people happy and seeing them smile when their home is clean and looking brand new as the day they bought it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Since we don’t charge by the hour but by the job, please understand that you are paying for my expertise and experience, not how long it takes me to complete a job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process for working with a new customer is to find out what they want done, how they would like for it to be done and in what time frame. I also like to talk with my customers about allergies, such as asthma and bronchitis to certain smells and products. I like to take a tour around the home and/or business to look at everything so that I am able to give my opinion on things and insight into what needs to be done.

I have an associates degree in business administration & management

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently walked into a house where another person painted and it was bad. Drops everywhere in a brand new construction home. My heart broke! Paint all over the new floors, wall paint on ceilings, etc…. I offered to fix everything and repaint for a very low price just to see the customer smile, especially after paying for a paint job twice.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

First, do your homework. Make sure the person has experience and can perform the job duties you are requesting. Ask for personal references. Communication is key! Check credentials, ask for a contract or something in writing.
