What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Being that I've worked I worked for some many companies that sold products that required assembly and by knowing the pricing of the jobs have allowed me to have a general idea on what my rate should be.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I have a simple process 1 contact with customer 2 rate agreement,3 schedule and complete job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I became a bike tech from working at Dick's sporting goods and I've got over a decade of putting several different products together(e.g.Treadmill Elliptical etc from putting it together for the store when I was an employee.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've got started doing this type of work as a bike tech for Dick's Sporting Goods and I went on to learn to build and assemble other items in addition to, but I started assembling some time ago as a furniture delivery for the iconic Fleming furniture.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with both customers, residential and Commercial
