What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We give quality work for a valued price and only use the best of products to get the longest life span from the paint. We always try to give price breaks when we can. Pricing can also depend on how many rooms and what surfaces are being painted at one time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meeting with client for free estimate and making sure all involved are on the same page of what is expected of the contract work and the timely manner is should be completed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Always, New products come out and I am updated with these products as they come in through my supplier. I also work close with my sales rep thru Sherwin Williams.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Worked under my father as a teen after school and on weekends, really enjoyed painting so I stuck with it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked for business owners and residential clients. We have worked with Day Care centers and Schools for painting. We are willing to work with any client looking for a professional experienced painter.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A faux painting job that I did on the interior of a home, photos are in profile. It was the customer reaction more than the job for me. She was so happy with it she cried.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure whom ever you hire that they are insured, licensed, and bonded. To make sure client and provider are protected. Make sure they have the knowledge of what your wanting done.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many rooms and what surfaces are they wanting painted. What kind of budget are they trying to keep. What type of product are you wanting to use. How long will it take to complete. Make sure your professional painter has insurance, license, and the experience to provide you with what your looking for. Make sure the contractor is only wanting no more then 35% down when starting a job and the rest at completion unless a really big job then by quarterly.
