Introduction

NJ License HIC # 13VH09651000 Painting kitchen cabinets is my specialty, my focus, and the driving force of my business. I have a temperature controlled spray shop that allows for proper curing. My method presents a 'greener' alternative to catalyzed lacquer or other chemical processes but still withstands the tests of everyday kitchen activity. A Urethane based Acrylic Product that is sturdy and stable this process continues to succeed. I grew up in the historical restoration field. From general repaints to new construction to old home house stripping and restoration I have done it all. I have a true passion for painting, always have, and I am always present on the job. I have always had a passion for changing the energy of a space with color.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is competitive with professionals that possess my skills

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I am very reachable and approachable. Once I officially receive a job, my crew and I show up everyday at 8 am and work until it is necessary to complete the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I was brought up as the foreman of a historical house stripping crew in NJ and PA . We completed such jobs as the William Penn house on the Delaware River in PA to numerous Princeton NJ residences to townhouses in NYC. But I also have several years experience in general residential repainting of exterior and interior spaces

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I began this work in 1996 as a summer job, and here we are 23 years later

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with CEOs, celebrities, blue collar, police officers and teachers and so on. Everyone's life story is unique and matters to the fabric of society

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A new customer called me last month, closing on a new house in a week, needed us to work weekends and start immediately so she and her family could move in. I moved other non emergency jobs around to accommodate the customer and got the iob done in 6 days, from wallpaper stripping to complete interior repaint it turned out great.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure the communication is good and you feel comfortable with the individual. Make sure they have insurance! If the price is really low your going to get a bad job.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Find out from your contractor if they perform the work themselves or a crew does it for them. More pride in a finished product can be found in active business owners
