What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I don't charge by the hour... Each Project is estimated individually and my fee is based on a percentage of the Project Budget

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I offer Initial Consultations at No Charge so we have an opportunity to get "a feel" for each other.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am actually an Environmental Engineer

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Decorating is my PASSION... They tell you if you "just follow your passion, everything else will fall into place". I wished I would have had the (guts) to follow that advice years ago, because today I get to do what I love, everyday!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just finished a Budget Friendly Kitchen Facelift... Done in less than 3 weeks, under $10k

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Take time to VET the pro.... The "lowest" quote isn't always the "best" quote...
