What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I Love doing what I do , I am very reasonable with my prices & let my work speak for itself , I am a bit of a perfectionist. I am out to make an honest living and not a get rich quick type guy , I value my customers & work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I am very personable , I tend to treat everyone as if I've know them for years even though we may have just met.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a high school education , I read alot of books on construction/ renovations & such. I've been in business for roughly 20 yrs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started by helping around the house when i was younger & gradually advanced to a level to start my own business in 2000. I have always had an interest in helping people & helping people achieve some of their dreams/goals.

What types of customers have you worked with?

all types of people, I am kind of a people person & get along with everyone

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I remodeled a basement into a livable area & the customers were thrilled with the finished product , estimated 3 weeks & finished in 2 1/2 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

don't be afraid to ask for credentials , insurance , or any other forms/ i.d. to verify who the person/ people are.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Try to make sure it is what you want , if it's not what was expected it may cost more to change back or redo. i.e.-measure twice cut once.
