That I am straight forward with pricing upfront and do not add any incidentals as project progresses. I track all receipts for necessary materials and provide to customer upon completion.

Above all listening to want the customer's objectives are and communicating what I will do to satisfy their request. Laying out any necessary prep work that may be needed to achieve a quality job.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Being a do it your self type of person, having the natural ability to prep and paint areas in an orderly way and working with other contractors gaining valuable experience.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Painting an entire interior of a home (2300 sq ft) walls and ceilings. The objective get the job done so new owners could move in by a specific date. Completed the job in 8 days, ahead of schedule so they could have moved in early.

What color paint do I want to use? Do I want the woodwork painted? What finish do I want on the walls?
