Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We deliver an incredibly fair price for the quality of the service and products we offer. In addition unlike most in this industry we offer some really terrific financing options include some 0% Interest plans and low monthly investment plans.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We start with an in-home visit to look over the project and discuss how they would like to use color in their home to enhance their life. Once known we proceed to looking at the areas/items that will be coated, measure those surface areas, pick a coating and move onto pricing. A typical consultation would last up to an hour, shorter in some cases longer in others. It really depends on the kinds of and number of questions our customers have. We generally find they are looking for more than just a price but also looking for ideas and to be educated on the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
The owner has managed a portfolio of over $35,000,000 home improvement projects in a calendar year involving everything from roofs to windows to doors to siding projects. The owner is also Lead Safe Work Practices certified by the EPA.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have a number of past co-workers from a large national home improvement company that are involved in ownership with the company who have encouraged me that this is the kind of place everyone wants to work because of how well management treats the workers and the customers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with everything from Billionaires to those on a very limited fixed income.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
First at the way they represent their own company. If they are dressed poorly how will they treat your home? What kind of time are they willing to invest with you before giving you price? Did they bring with them references, photos of work they have done, proof of insurance? In just how big a hurry are they to get OUT of your house on the first visit?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Are they insured? Are they a real company? How many times do you want to have to do this project because the most expensive project you'll ever have to do is the ones you have to do twice.
