Introduction

WE ARE A REGISTERED LLC with INSURANCE BUT WE WILL NOT DO CO-OP BUILDINGS Hephaestus (Huh-Fay-Stus) The Greek God of Contracting. Some people say "Cheap labor isnt good and good labor isnt cheap"....We believe that cheap labor isnt good but good labor should be priced fairly. If you want the Union quality work at non union prices just contact us. I’ve been in the industry for over 35yrs. I have expertise ranging from Painting & drywall/plastering to major cement pours. I am hired repeatedly by FirstService Residential, a major management company with several buildings in the Greenwich village/SoHo area. We pay for all the supplies and we only use Benjamin Moore Regal paint which is top of the line in quality. We look for referrals, good reviews and repeat business but the only way that comes is by doing a great job and I assure you it will be!! So if you are looking for an AMAZING paint job or a full makeover when you just want a totally new experience without the cost of a renovation just contact us!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing will be very fair considering the high quality of work you will receive. Most jobs I could quote a price with just seeing pictures but some I might have to see the work needed personally to give you a fair price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to first talk with the customer so I could fully understand the work needed to be and the customers expectations of the finished job. I also like them to get to know so that they feel comfortable.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have worked in construction building high rises for 20 years along with renovating apartments for management companies in Manhattan. Although I have all kinds of certifications but the most important training one can receive is "on the job training and i have worked 2000 hours a year for 20 years.

unfold fold
I have worked mainly with huge contractors like Skanska, AECOM Tishman, Park ave, Cross country etc and major building management companies.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I am extremely proud of the work we did at the Museum of Natural History which I worked with the company Cost of Wisconsin. The job was to create the appearance and feeling of walking around the inside of a cave/canyon not manmade. The work was extremely difficult & dangerous and my function was that of a lather (rebar worker) and Cement worker. There are pictures of me on jobsite but for pics of a job well done just go online and google it.
