What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, materials, and labor required. We provide detailed estimates upfront to avoid surprises. While we do not always offer discounts, we focus on delivering high-quality work at a fair price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Clarify expectations from the beginning .1)Understand customers needs with an initial video walk-through or pictures. Give a rough price range based on that. 2)Schedule an in-home estimate free of charge to get the exact measurements and finalize the price and scope before initiating the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve worked for GC‘s before I started my own company. I have a strong background in construction, cost management, and budgeting. I am fully licensed and insured and have the necessary schooling for my trade.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My personal passion of wanting to create and build things from nothing and wanting to help my customers feel more comfortable in their home and environment. As a woman, I like to add a personal touch to each project. I don’t view the people I work with as just clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a diverse range of clients, including homeowners, landlords, property managers, and businesses. Our experience includes small-scale repairs, full home renovations, and commercial projects. Whether it’s a single-room upgrade or a full property transformation, we ensure quality craftsmanship and clear communication throughout the process.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently remodeled an apartment in Manhattan on E. 62nd St. into a doctor’s office. This was a very interesting project since we had to take the space from a grim, outdated and dark, feeling due to the lack of windows to an inviting and warm place. We broke down walls, installed glass Store Front doors, installed MRL lights, did everything from New walls to new flooring, tile installation, plumbing and electrical. The client was a pleasure to work with.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t go with the cheapest provider, do it right or don’t hire at all. Look for transparency, quality, and open communication.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should consider the following: • What is my budget, and is there any flexibility? • What is my desired timeline for the project? • What specific features or materials do I want? • Do I need permits, and who will handle them? • What is my expectation for communication and updates? • Are there any potential challenges with the space that could affect the work?
