What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I don't have a standard pricing cause it all depends on where your at and how many times you want it done. it will always cost more for a one time clean or move out.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

quote them a price and then talk and meet them and see the house. then set up time and day to do it and make sure we are clear on the price

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started doing this years ago when I worked for the cleaning company cleaning the sears building. I knew then that I wanted to help people with there everyday task.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of people. I love being round people and seeing what there needs are and how they want things.
