What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We price by square foot, condition & number of coats. We provide seasonal discounts & discounts for agreed upon prep work (moving furniture, electrical plates, etc.).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I work through Thumbtack to provide a free estimate based on the customers preferences. Discuss the estimate with my customer and reach a signed agreement. After the agreement, start work at our agreed upon schedule & price.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father was a professional painter for 40 years.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We complete all types of projects. Interior or exterior, 95% of our jobs are completed in 5 days or less. We are not a large company but we are extremely focused & efficient and will not be at your home or office for more time than necessary to complete the job to both your and our satisfaction.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I recommend customers ask questions if anything is unclear and be vocal about expectations. Also, I recommend hiring a professional painter vs. a handyman or an all purpose contractor.

Time frame, scope of the project & budget.
