What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I prefer giving fixed price for each job. A fixed price is best because customer knows what they will pay up front no matter how long the job takes. Can provide discounts after initial work is complete is complete and we work on another project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I listen carefully to the customer's need. I try to adapt to and offer creative alternatives to facilitate the execution of the project. Because each person has a different need than the others.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In the last 15 years I have worked in different areas of construction to acquire skills and experience in order to provide excellent quality service to my clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I started I was 17 years old. As a helper to my dead father. I have a great affection for this work. Because every project I'm going to do, I imagine it's like my father told me. as he always said; My child, do your best as if you are working for God himself! Because the house of the person you are going to work with is His daughter.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of nationalities, age and needs. I do it all not partcular on who I do work with. I have done work for people of all ages.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I loved doing the renovation of the kitchen of a house. that my father and I worked on it. when he was still alive. The job took 10 days

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do a little research, before selecting the right candidate. Get to know the pro by talking to them and understand what they can provide not just the price.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think through all the different scenarios we could come across so it makes the completion of job easier.
