What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Monthly Management Fees: The monthly management fee of 10% is based off the rent roll which includes; property checked monthly 24/7 on call to solve issues. Maintenance Fees: An estimate before performing repairs over $100.00 or more will be in writing and will signed by the owner before any work will be started. We bill $125.00 for the first hour and $25.00 per man per additional hour for handyman services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We are a family company available to perform efficient property management services. We can help you determine optimal rental rates, provide clean-ups, and make appearance suggestions will attract the right rental tenant(s). We help homeowners get their home ready for renting with our superior handy man work. Most importantly, we find qualified tenants that have a history and ability to pay on-time.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been a realtor since 1997 and had sold, fixed and flipped many homes up until 2006 when the real estate bubble popped. At that time I had to find another way to use my resources that I had and to make a living, so we started to do management for banks. We managed properties that were pre-foreclosure and foreclosures which gave me a learning experience from doing everything from evictions, property preservation and maintenance.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We started out doing 1-4 family homes in 2006 and have grown as a company to doing everything from 1-4 family, mix use properties, commercial industrial and retail, and property maintenance.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have renovated fix and flipped many properties that I am fond of I just do not have a particular one at this time

When searching for anyone to work for you price should not make the first consideration because you pay for experience and knowledge.
