Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our goal for all of our projects is to satisfy our customer's needs meanwhile saving their hard earned money.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Our process is simple and easy. We provide you a fair estimate price for your project. Once we set up a start date, we make sure to get all the details ready before we begin the work. Once the work has started, we make sure to cover and protect all your belongings. Next we prep and start painting! Once we are done, we do a walk-thru of the project and make sure we leave you satisfied with our work!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We are EPA certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My father taught me everything I know about remodeling and handyman work. I took everything he taught me and started this company and focused only on painting.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with many different types of customers, from home owners to property managers to business owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A recent project that stood out was a client bought a brand new apartment. There was just one problem, the walls and ceilings were painted with strong and not so desirable colors like orange, dark blue, grays, browns and more. He mentioned very clearly from the beginning that he wanted a brand new look and feel. After a couple of days, we finished painting his entire apartment white. He and his wife were more than satisfied moving in to their new apartment.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would tell the customer to make sure the contractor is insured. Check their reviews and never give a deposit over 40%.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customers should think about what exactly they wanted painted (walls, ceilings, doors, trims, etc.) Also, what colors they want as well as the type of sheen. Do you have a specific paint you would like to work or would you like the contractor to pick the colors.
