What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge by the square foot. The level of design is the determining factor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I first create a digital design with the customer until they are satisfied. I then transfer the design exactly to the chosen wall or surface.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a studio painter since I was a kid. I finally found a way to translate those skills to serve others and help small businesses grow.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started with 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge designing event boards.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with corporate hotel groups, small businesses, cafes, and restaurants as well as residential projects. I enjoy all aspects of the mural business and I'm open to small or large projects.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am most recently fond of the gates I painted in Greenpoint. I hadn't realized the impact a mural can make on a neighborhood until this project. It lifted the spirits of so many. I had return neighbors checking in on the project and cheering it on. It was a great experience!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The more information you can provide for your idea the better the outcome. Try your best to provide photos or fonts to support your idea.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure you and your artist are comfortable with one another and understand the idea or feeling you are trying to convey with each project.
