What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We always try to give the customer the best price for our quality of work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we want as much detail on the job as possible so we can meet and exceed those expectations. Next we schedule a meeting time with our estimator so we can give you the best and most accurate price. We prefer this method as it allows us to get a much better understanding of the work you want done, as the forms here often don't provide this detail and we want to give you the best price possible!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

25 years of experience in commercial and residential painting. We have had our painters licence up until 2016 when the law was changed in New Mexico no longer requiring it to do business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Almost our entire family has been painters for generations, so having extensive experience in painting we decided to capitalize on our skills.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every type of customer you can think of, if a job has ever involved painting in some way we have experience in it. Its one of the benefits of working in this industry for this long.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my favorite recent projects was a gel stain that we applied to a metal door to make it look as though it's made of wood, I have a before and after pic of the project above. This was one of my favorites because it allows us to really show off our skills it takes alot of time and patience to be able to faux finish a stain on a metal door to make it look like wood grain, although it's a fun process all the same.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Reviews of course are always an invaluable resource when shopping for anything. I would go with the person who not only had the most positive reviews, but more positive reviews than other contractors or salesmen.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If your considering getting some painting done I would start searching for what brand of material I want to use. Having premium material can be the difference between needing 2 coats to needing 3 or 4. This will also save you money in the long term using less material. So simply search reviews and research before you buy!!
