Most customers choose our flat monthly membership because each member is paired with a dedicated handyman who visits twice a month to knock out your honey do lists. We also create custom home maintenance plans that we will automatically manage over 50 critical preventative maintenance tasks. We also work by the hour at $125 per hour.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin with a free home walk-through to evaluate your to dos, and it's a great opportunity to meet your HandyPro. If you decide to become a member we will design a preventative ProCare home maintenance plan tailored to your home, and Handy Homes automatically schedules and performs it all.

Rumson Member: Replaced hose bib, repaired Aeron chair (installed new hydraulic lift), painted a bedroom wall, secured a bookcase, cleaned fireplace glass, repaired landscape lighting, patched and painted drywall, flushed hot water heater, and cleaned dryer vent. Fair Haven Member: Cleaned gutter, repaired door lock, replace bathtub caulking, secured porch steps, secured hand railing, patched, prepped, and painted drywall, repaired moulding.
