What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I do provide discounts, and I always like to give my customers a break down so they understand what exactly it is I am charging them for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to get to know my customers in the sense of knowing exactly what it is they want. I feel that it is very important to understand each other and build a good relationship as well as do an outstanding job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I started doing labor when I was 18 and currently have a business degree. I am studying to get my PMP and of course opening up my own contracting business. I am also OSHA 30 certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started when I was very young and it was within the family business. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to start the way I did.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with all types of customers but at the end of the day I like to make sure they are happy, and that’s all that matters.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent project was renovating an oncology pharmacy it took about 6 to 8 months. It was one of the most challenging yet rewarding projects I have ever worked on.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say be as detailed as possible so that the contractor you are hiring knows what to expect out of him. It is very important that you are on the same page with each other every day.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I believe they shouldn’t think too much about how much the job costs rather think about what projects is important to them first and can always split up the work if they believe it is too expensive or too much.
