A waterfront customer asked us to simply paint the exterior. Our crew noticed wood rot on some of the siding and window frames. Upon further inspection it was extensive rot that if we didn't bring to the customer's attention would have cost them thousands of dollars in water damage not only to the exterior but the interior as well. Make sure the vendor you are working with has insurance. If there is spilled product or worse, a worker gets injured on your property, it could be extremely costly if your vendor does not have insurance. Furthermore, request references. We are referred by numerous paint stores in the Wilmington metro area and we can provide customer references as well. You should be able to trust the vendor you are working with.
