Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is highly competitive in the areas we serve. We are fully insured unlike some of our competition. Please make sure you ask your vendor if they have insurance.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Easy! We will call/text/email you to set up a free estimate. Before we leave you will have an estimated cost of your project and when we can schedule you. Yup, that simple!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Our team of painters have been painting in the Wilmington and surrounding areas for a combined 50 + years. We know the environment and will educate you on how you need to protect your home. Paint isn't just aesthetics, it's protecting your home from the elements.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
No job is too small or too big. We work with all residential and commercial customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A waterfront customer asked us to simply paint the exterior. Our crew noticed wood rot on some of the siding and window frames. Upon further inspection it was extensive rot that if we didn't bring to the customer's attention would have cost them thousands of dollars in water damage not only to the exterior but the interior as well. The customer was thoroughly impressed that we brought this to their attention and were able to do the repairs as well.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure the vendor you are working with has insurance. If there is spilled product or worse, a worker gets injured on your property, it could be extremely costly if your vendor does not have insurance. Furthermore, request references. We are referred by numerous paint stores in the Wilmington metro area and we can provide customer references as well. You should be able to trust the vendor you are working with.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
-know your budget -be prepared to discuss color choices, adding a different color especially a darker color could cost more -be prepared for incidentals (rotten wood, drywall repairs, etc) -ask the vendor if they have insurance -what timeframe do you want your project completed
