What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

it all depends on the job whats getting done and how much prep work things of that sort, but i charge an amount per sqft. at times

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Introducing myself to the customer making them feel comfortable getting to know them and going over details about the job and going over the contract. sharing references and work with them as well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

hands on experience for severalyears working with my father, I also took art in school and painting is definitely an art im very competent at what i do.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My daddy had his own painting business and I worked with him and learned the trade. I grew a strong passion for painting and I enjoy doing what I do as well .

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with several types of customers and I've learned from my experience with them .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently finished a project on my own with very little help and i finished it in 6 days the home was 2700 sqft. and the trim and wall color was changed i was actually surprised myself.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

make sure your getting a fair estimate and your hiring a trustworthy professional

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

what's their budget, who's buying the paint, what type of paint latex or oil based, what color, what sheen flat, eggshell , satin, semi gloss, or high gloss . Also what paint manufacture they want to get paint from.
