What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Set up phone call to get an idea of the scope of work. In-home first walk-around and paint education to get the finer details of the scope of work (can do virtually as well). Second walk-around to build the estimate. Submit and present estimate on the spot.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am an engineer and my employees have been professionally trained with years of life experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always enjoyed the finer details of engineering, specifically relating to construction and finishing residential, commercial, and industrial. I wanted to provide my children the opportunity to get their feet wet early in life to get experiences and learn more about their innate likes and dislikes.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a wide range of customers from the blue-collar to the professional athlete.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently fast-tracked a dining room to beat the delivery of Amazon furniture to get the customer's house ready for a celebration party.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your homework and get your estimates. I will not be the cheapest, but i will provide you with the most education.

Think through your needs, wants, budget, and time frame.
