I discount for projects over 20hrs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically draw up an estimate of hours by line item and bill weekly. We have weekly or bi-weekly status updates on progress and a couple walk throughs during the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been doing this type of work for myself for decades and for my family and friends for years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started a custom surfboard shop and built my own rooms along with electrical and all other needs were DIY.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Green Meadows house remodel. Required about 160hrs of work after a decade of college kids beating it up. The couple was great to work with and the house sold on the 1st day after listing.

Make sure to find someone who communicates well and has attention to detail.
