We do a custom quote for each project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We go over in detail what the client would like to achieve. We then craft an estimate and go over in more detail how we will help them transform their space. Communication is extremely important.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Five Star Painting has national partnerships with leading paint manufacturers Sherwin Williams and Behr. These partnerships help Five Star Painting stay ahead of the competition on paint knowledge, new products and access to resources, such as color consultants.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We love working with people and helping them transform their home or office.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners and commercial properties. Folks that want to paint their houses before they sell it and new homeowners that want to customize their space and make it their own.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just did a cabinet painting project for a customer before they moved into the home they had just purchased. It completely changed the look and feel of their kitchen and laundry room. Projects like this are great because the "new" kitchen is the customers first experience with their new home. It took us about days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always ask if the professional is licensed and insured, and be sure to verify that they are.

What do they want to achieve with their project and what time frame are they looking to complete the project.
