What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our entire process from beginning to end - including estimation, paint selection, color choices, surface prep and the actual application of paint - is designed to give our clients the best experience possible. Everything starts with contacting us so we can arrange for a visit to your home or business where we will develop a detailed estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

360 Painting of Edina is part of a larger franchise organization that has deep technical resources. Working closely with Sherwin Williams, they keep us abreast of the most advanced painting techniques. They also continually strive to find ways to provide superior customer service through improved processes and new technology.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Most painters fail to provide adequate customer service and we got into the painting business because we saw a way to do things significantly better. Everything we do at 360 Painting of Edina stems from a culture that deeply cares about customer satisfaction. Simply put, we are more reliable and responsive than the other guys!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Everyone! Home or business...the rich and the not-so-rich...exterior and interior.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently painted a cedar shake house. Cedar shake is tricky because it can be damaged when pressure-washed and the old stain must be carefully removed before a fresh application can be added. Using all our know-how, we seamlessly transformed the house from a shabby relic back to its former glory!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't think that all painting companies are alike! Many painters haphazardly ply their craft whereas we use techniques and processes that have proven - again and again - to best protect and beautify your home while providing you a headache-free experience!
