What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I believe in doing the job right the first time. Doing it right the first time saves time for me and money for the customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Getting a good description of what they need done. Once this is done, picking a day that works good to stop out to evaluate it. Setting a price for the work. And finally getting the work completed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I believe in letting my customers see my work. Pictures will tell you alot about the person you choose to hire.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out of high schooling, working for a house framing company. ( the bones of the house). Everything is put onto the house frame. So understanding how it is built, was a great foundation to understand how everything else works.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with a lot of home owners that would like to update their homes. I work with a lot of landlords as well. Fixing up their property's for so they can be put on the market.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Bathroom with tile are my favorite. With all of the different materials, the bathrooms can really stand out.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Their are alot of short cuts that can be done, and look good. But the short cuts, are usually a short term fix. Within a year or so, the home owner will be faced with the same issue but now more damage has been done. The cost to repair the issue will cost more. That is why I believe in doing it right the first time.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The customer should have a good idea of the materials they would like. This allows both customer and the pros to be on the same page.
