What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Doing a site visit to personally meet the owner, drawing up a tailored estimate to their needs and answering any questions they may have before, during, and after the project is complete.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the business for 22 years - from doing labor to running multi-million dollar projects as a project manager on government facilities, I have seen it all.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I personally started doing this type of work during the summers in middle and high school. My step father was a master carpenter, I owe most of my knowledge and skill set to him. A great teacher!!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, commercial, and government agencies.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that you qualify any estimate that is given to you, if you receive multiple bids, make sure to compare them apples to apples, otherwise you may not be getting the best value
