What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We have a $150 minimum for any job. We stand by our estimates and provide accurate, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. You have the flexibility to either purchase the materials yourself or have us source them for you—we can include material costs in the estimate or charge for labor only. Our goal is to ensure transparency and fairness in our pricing. Additionally, we offer a 12-month warranty on our work to guarantee quality and customer satisfaction

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Handyman Connection of Ada is a licensed residential builder and an RRP Lead-Certified Renovator through the EPA. We provide ongoing training for our team, covering safety, product installation, updates to building codes, and best practices for renovations and repairs. Our commitment to continuous learning ensures we deliver high-quality craftsmanship and reliable service to our customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I transitioned into the handyman industry after becoming the trusted go-to craftsman for family, friends, and neighbors. Inspired by their feedback about the difficulty of finding reliable, punctual, and skilled professionals, I decided to create a service that meets these needs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with a wide range of customers, including residential homeowners and commercial businesses. We are open to reviewing all types of projects and customers to see how we can best meet their needs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
When hiring a handyman or contractor, look for experience, licensing, and insurance to ensure quality and protection. Check reviews and references to see past work and customer satisfaction. A reliable provider should offer clear communication, upfront pricing, and a written estimate to avoid surprises. Ask about warranties or guarantees on work—Handyman Connection of Ada stands behind our craftsmanship. Also, be wary of unusually low bids, as they may indicate cut corners or hidden fees. Finally, hire someone who values punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail—your home deserves the best!
