What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is fair! We are not the 'Cheapest,' nor would we ever be, as we are fully insured and hold quality above all else!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love to start with a phone conversation to briefly discuss the project and to see if we are a good fit! Then we typically work toward scheduling an on-site estimate to find more details about the project and move toward the next steps (Pricing, scheduling, and job execution).

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 8+ years of experience in the field, a bachelors degree and background studying business, and we have attended classes and demonstrations for new products and application processes!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A friend of mine and I took 2 weeks off at a restaurant we worked at to fix up/paint a couple properties a family member inherited. I loved it so much I quit the restaurant immediately and found a painting crew to hop on, and I've been at it ever since!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of customers from flippers/renters to pristine homeowners! People needing their place painted quickly before they move their furniture in and interior designers planning projects 6 months in advance.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently (2019) we worked with an interior designer on a mid-modern century remodel. We removed popcorn ceilings and wood paneling, and then painted the walls and ceilings throughout the entire house! The place turned out absolutely beautiful and I developed great relationships with the homeowners and the carpenter who was also working on the project!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Go with your gut. Choose based on the contractor first, and price second!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
