What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Initial Contact When a new customer reaches out to us, whether by phone, email or through our website, we schedule an initial consultation. This can be in-person or virtual, depending on the customer's preference and convenience.
Step 2: Consultation and Assessment During the consultation, we discussed the customer's painting project needs and desires. We assess the space to be painted, discuss color and finish options, and identify any specific concerns or requirements. We also conduct an on-site evaluation to provide a more accurate estimate of the cost and time required to complete the project.
Step 3: Estimate After the consultation, we prepare a detailed estimate that includes the costs of materials and labor, as well as a proposed timeline for the project. The customer then has the opportunity to review the estimate, ask questions, and request adjustments as needed.
Step 4: Formal Agreement Once the estimate is approved, we formalize the agreement with a contract that outlines the scope of work, costs, and terms and conditions of the project. Both parties sign the contract to ensure all aspects of the project are understood and agreed upon.
Step 5: Preparation and Execution With the contract in place, we initiate the preparation phase, which includes purchasing materials and preparing the space for painting. Next, our team of professional painters performs the work as specified in the contract, ensuring all areas are painted with precision and quality.
Step 6: Final Inspection Upon completion of the painting work, we conduct a final inspection together with the customer to ensure everything is up to expectations and quality standards. Any touch-ups or adjustments needed are made at this time.
Step 7: Finalization Once the customer is satisfied with the work performed, we finalize the project and provide the invoice as agreed. We also discuss any relevant information about maintaining the paintwork and offer tips to help keep the finish looking beautiful for many years.
Step 8: Feedback and Follow-Up We value our customers' feedback and encourage them to share their impressions of the process and the final result. We also conduct a follow-up after some time to ensure the paintwork remains in perfect condition and to reiterate that we are available for future projects or additional assistance.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently did 2 projects for 2 different homeowners who just bought their homes. One project was the painting of the 3-story house, including the update of the kitchen with Kitchen Cabinets Refinish and new blacksplash, the transformation was wonderful, the house that used to be old and with outdated colors became new and modern, the rooms gave the impression of being bigger and also improved lighting. The other project was painting the entire 2 story house with refinish of the trim and antique wood doors brown to plain white done with fine finish spray, we also updated a bathroom with new tile, Kitchen Cabinetes Painted and put epoxy in the garage. The 2 projects were completed ahead of schedule so the new owners could move their family into the new, comfortable and beautiful home.
