What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Greetings, project discussion, explanation of my vision of the process, pricing, and materials. If everything is ready - start the job. If something needs to be bought or done - make an appointment for another day, etc.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I been learning this from my grandfather who was engineer and contractor. Also, I got passed some training in flooring, tiling and door installation. I have 3D modeling skills as well, which helps me to do my job better.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every customer is important to me and I do my job equally at any place and with any customer. Some customers knows exactly what they want to be done, some needs the professional advice, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Whole house prep for selling: repairs, paintings, closets, flooring, toilet, vanity, backsplash etc

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check their account and reviews. Choose one and provide maximum information about the job that needs to be done.

Just research a little bit about the project, check what materials are on the market, what min/max prices for labor, etc. It can help to save your and your worker’s time. If you have additional small things that needs to be done, make a list of them.
