What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I look to go to the place before giving a price. We charge depending on the size of the project usually by square foot. We also accept videos so that we can give an estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process with working for a new customer is finding out how and what they want. We walk through together, step by step, on their ideas and what they envision. We usually do this in-person, but we also offer remote services.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The work that I’m doing, I have learned from people who were professionals who have taught me to paint a certain way and so I enjoy seeing my clients happy with the results. I have learned from various different professionals, and have used their knowledge throughout my many years on the job. With a decade of experience behind my work, I've ensured that every customer of mine is happy and satisficed.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started this work with the help of a team of skilled painters, who all taught me the basics, but I pushed myself to reach beyond. It has always been my passion, and I constantly improve.

What types of customers have you worked with?

From big corporations to families, I've always helped them perfectly renovate whatever they've needed, in a simple and understanding manner.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project that I am a fond of is one where we found the walls damaged to the point where the owners thought it was impossible to fix. However, we didn’t give up and we pushed forward, resulting in us finishing the job in about 3 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice would be to look for someone that goes above and beyond for you. There are many painters who put one coat of paint on and call it a day, but only professionals work with you and make your dream come true, pushing through any challenges that come up, no matter what.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask yourself, do you just want a fresh coat of paint? Or do you want your dream room, with the colors you've always wanted, done right from the start? Do you want someone to slab on some paint quickly and badly, or do you want someone who'll work tirelessly on ensuring that the work is done perfectly and professionally?
