What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It really depends on the different jobs and situations.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to Introduce myself and come out to assess the job to give my clients a fair and accurate quote. At very least see some detailed photos.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been working in my trades hands on for over 12 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working for my uncles carpentry businisness when I was just a teenager. learning the trade from the bottom up.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all different type of customers from all over the state of Louisiana.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Just the other day I hung a fan, two light fixtures and mounted a 50inch tv. It took about 3 hrs. I had a smaller moving job, down stairs 2 bedrooms and took about 5 hrs with driving time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The more details the better!!!!!! Alot of pictures is always a super good thing.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long will the job take and what materials will be needed for the project.
