I like to meet the potential customer and introduce myself and answer any questions he or she may have about me and my abilities.

I've had electrical training, carpentry training, and blueprint classes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was introduced to home remodeling through my wife whose a real estate broker and a close friend whose done this type of work all his life.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with people from investors to new home buyers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

my favorite project was definitely my first flip me and my wife bought and updated. it was so fulfilling to work on a property bought and paid for by me and my wife. it was very profitable.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

it's always best to get multiple quotes on your projects.
