What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our minimum for all projects is $215. For projects over $2500 we do offer financing with a 10% service charge.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After discussing the details of your project, we'll give you a free in person estimate. We do require a 50% deposit on projects that do require materials. On labor only projects we require a 10% deposit. With remodel projects we require 30% down with progress payments.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an MBA in strategic management. We are lead certified and have both a licensed plumber and electrician on call.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The fire place with ledger stone. Having a tile background, I appreciate the details that go into a professional installation of any project.
