What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Most contractors right the bid and put one price at the end. We are a little different on this. We price every thing we do individual, so you understand where the cost is and where you money is going. This way if the customer wants to take off certain task they can pick and choose what they want done.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer, I think it’s better to explain the entire process from start to end. And explain products are what are best for the job. Going cheaper in the materials does not necessarily give a good result.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes, we have been certified in Lead base paint removal and understand what test need to be done depending on the year of home you live in.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Start working with my brother law when I was 10 years old

What types of customers have you worked with?

Interior Repaints commercial and Residential repaints. We also do Drywall repair and popcorn texture repair as well. Wall also remove wallpaper. We also Stain decks and also repair wood rot as well. And we also power wash decks and stain as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We take great pride in professional cabinet re painting. When we get done you can not even see a brush stoke. We enjoy hearing them say it looks like a car finish, " It is slick as glass on the cabinets".

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure to compare all bids. Make sure that they are using quality materials. Also, Make sure the work that is being perform is described in the contract in detail what you are paying for, that way you and the contractor are on the same page.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Painting may look easy but it is not. It takes many years to learn the trade and understand certain techniques.
