360 Painting of Wichita is owned by Janelle and Lance Wilson. As long-time residents of the Wichita area, Janelle and Lance are excited to bring the 360 difference to the Wichita area. The world is inundated with self-service, self-check out, chat bots, and general lack of human interaction. We want to bring the human experience back to our customers. That starts with answering phone calls, following up with customer inquiries, being prompt to appointments, providing proposals the same day, and proactively communicating throughout the painting project lifecycle. At 360 Painting, the customer focus is what really separates us from others, and we are happy to provide this focus to the Wichita communities. Our Background/About Us Janelle grew up in Haysville and has lived in the Wichita area her entire life. After high school, she attended Emporia State University and graduated with a dual degree in business management and marketing. While in college, she stayed involved with the student activities council and was a 4 year band student. Since college, Janelle has been a part of corporate America. Her background includes a variety of experiences that include business analysis, project management, software development, finance/budgeting, people management, and other customer oriented roles. Lance also grew up in Haysville and has lived in the Wichita area his entire life. After high school, Lance pursued his passion in basketball and played at Pratt Community College until transferring to Friends University and Kansas Newman College. Lance graduated college with a total quality management (TQM) degree. Lance went into the Target management program after graduation and moved into aircraft manufacturing roles a few years later. Over the past 25 years, Lance has developed experience in lean manufacturing, industrial engineering, sales, operations, and various leadership roles. Janelle and Lance have two sons, one in college and one in high school. They enjoy watching their kids compete in sports (golf and baseball) as well as playing golf, binge watching Netflix series, traveling, and hanging out with their dogs Tucker and Chloe. At 360 Painting of Wichita, we use the latest technology to accurately estimate your project. We spend the time necessary to understand the scope of your project and take careful measurements based on that scope. All estimates are free.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Upon selecting 360 Painting of Wichita, our care team will contact you to book a time to review your project needs. The estimating appointment is scheduled for 2 hours to make sure we spend as much time as necessary to thoroughly bid the project. Depending on the project size, the estimate will take less than 2 hours. Upon arriving, we like to talk to our clients to understand what they are looking for including an initial walk through for the project area. Next, the team will further assess and measure and estimate the project. We will complete our estimate with an on-site proposal for your consideration. Upon acceptance of the proposal we will coordinate the project work with our experienced crews at a time that works best for you.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Your 360 Painting crew comes from different backgrounds. Owners Janelle and Lance Wilson have spent the majority of their careers in the corporate world with experience in operations excellence, project management, people management, customer service, and finance. Our general manager, Chuck Long has a strong business development, sales and crew operations background. We bring these experiences to the 360 Painting brand in a way that we can provide a positive, continuous communication experience to each and every client.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We spend most of our time working with residential customers with focus on interior and exterior painting projects. Some time is working on light commercial projects.
