What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As always appearance, being professional, courteous, proud of ones work, and a on time person are always key issues that I believe a customer should be looking for in a contractor. Of course the contractor should also have knowledge in the fields he represents. A contractual agreement should always be signed before starting any work and moneys should not be exchanged til work has begun. No contractor should bully a customer into something they don't want ,because we are only here to help you obtain your desired result.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The potential problems that may occur that are unforeseen, the expenses because nothing is free, the schedule, the time of the year in which they wish to have the jobs done, have a plan if needed to assist in getting the desired result.
