Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My prices are extremely fair and reasonable. I also work with clients who are under economical hardships. There’s no reason why we cannot come to an agreement that benefits the both of us.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I treat every customer, new and returning, with the utmost respect. I can offer new clients a quote over the phone or through messaging by using a customers address to view a property or through pictures. For specific cleanings involving stains or larger projects, I like to schedule a meeting where I can personally inspect the property and meet the customer to provide the best customer support possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have years in the field of professional cleaning. I also am a journeyman electrician with local 134, a college graduate from prairie state university, and a Marine Corps veteran serving two overseas tours.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I purchased my home a few years back and loved improving its look and feel. Pressure washing is a very aesthetically pleasing process where the end results transform the property’s look and feel.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with homeowners, business owners, property managers, veterans, and good people who genuinely need a helping hand.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently washed a home of a widow who lost her husband this year. The husband used to take care of the property and now she is struggling to maintain it as she uses a walker to get around. I took pride in helping her enjoy her back and front yard again and even found a price she was happy with. I told her we belonged to the same community and that is more important to me than money.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
My advice is to chose a contractor you feel comfortable with. The bigger guys are not always the best choice and can skip out on customer service and common courtesies because they are so busy. I will always put in the extra work and treat your property as if it was mine. I always leave a property in better condition than when I’ve found it and never leave a job with a dissatisfied customer.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What exactly do you want done on the property? Do you want to remove unsightly stains such as rust and algae? Do you want to prepare a project for painting? Are you looking to restore wood to its original look?
