Introduction

KSRP Construction is a well established family owned business since 2016. We specialize in all types of remodeling with licenses in HVAC, Roofing and Electrical. We are very fair priced for the times we are in and our communication / attendance can not be beat. We service both Commercial and Residential. We do travel out of state on many occasions to assist with second properties / summer homes etc. Ie. Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan to list a few.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are very reasonably priced and will price match if the scopes are comparably.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

KSRP will set up and appointment to view scope of work. Once we see the job scope we will email a full estimate by email. Once agreement of estimate we will schedule a start date and give estimate on completion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our staff is trained in various fields and will send appropriate individuals to execute the scope. We have over 12 years of service/ experience under our belts. KSRP is licensed and bonded.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

KSRP got started brokering state jobs and moved into private sector, remodeling from there. We have averaged over 100 jobs a year.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types ranging from commercial, unoccupied dwellings for realtors to occupied homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are fond of all projects. Average projects take a week to two weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Best price doesn't always mean savings. A lot of contractors will cut corners to accommodate the savings so be careful. Try and leave worker alone, if you have questions and/or concerns make sure you have an open line of communication with one or two, pre-established people managing your job. ie. sales rep or project manager. Make sure you establish locations, in the dwellings, where workers are limited to, such as bathrooms etc. Please be as transparent as you can with your representative. ie. overall expectations

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

In what magnitude will this project disrupt your overall environment. When can you start? How long will the job take? Will you have staff on the job everyday and what are normal hours? Can your family accommodate have workers in and out of your home daily till completion of job.
