Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We believe pricing should never be a reason we do not do the work along with highest craftsmanship and best quality in material. Each job we negotiate down materials and labor pricing to ensure we maximize savings for our customers. We also offer financing options for larger jobs if needed. Furthermore, we can always give different options if there is a budget we have to stay under.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We believe residential remodeling work is very sacred, you are blessing us with the opportunity to work on your MOST prized possession...your home, we strive to ensure we treat your home with highest level of respect and craftsmanship. Here is our step by step process 1. Check out the scope of work in person 2. Have our design team create a 3-D model 3. Send out the design to the customers for approval 4. Customers approves the design 5. Write up a bid the same day 6. If customer accepts, form a legal binding agreement contract stating the project and all parties' responsibilities 7. Sign the contract and we get to work on the project!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have done over 30 gut and remodels and can handle any projects large or small.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We started doing Investment Properties and working on our own Fix and Flip homes. After getting taken advantage of by many contractors and having many contractors run off with our funds, we finally built our own in house crew of reliable carpenters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC, roofers, gutters. To keep our amazing crew busy, we take on work from general public to ensure our crew and their families get to keep working during less busy periods.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with all variations of customers, from cookie cutter remodels to custom high end design and construction with specialty architects. Our favorite customers are the ones who have a design in mind and we get to bring it to reality and offer our expertise along the way. See something cool on Instagram/Pintrest as inspiration...dog bath in laundry room? Laundry shoot from 3rd floor? Rainfall shower? Custom shower pans? We can do it all!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Our most intense project was the featured project complete gut and remodel of a completely unlivable house. We had over 9 containers 40 yards each to clean, we needed hazmat suits to start the work. In the end the result was amazing and we are super proud of the work we accomplished all within budget and within 4 months time frame.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
It takes time do a proper bid which is why we provide a detailed bid after checking out the scope of work in person rather than online. Any bid "on the spot" is not well thought out. There's an industry secret called "licking the cookie" this means give a bid on the spot, make it attractively priced so customer is hooked, as you get into the job, up charge the client because customer is vulnerable and dependent on getting the job done. We have been victims of this many times ourselves...and have ZERO tolerance for this so we ask each bid be done accurately and that takes time and effort.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What does the design in your mind look like? Any inspiration pictures to help bring your vision to reality? What is your rough budget, we do our absolute best on negotiating lowest price on material and labor...to do the job right! Many others can do lipstick on a pig...we ensure all our jobs we can stand behind our work for years to come.
