What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are personalized to each each project. While i do take measurements into account and can often give estimates based off of them, I understand that 1000 square feet on one property does not always equate to 1000 square feet on another property. I work hard to offer fair prices and take care to make sure all the variables are taken into consideration.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

At Ninja Star Painting i typically like to start off a new relationship by getting to know you and giving you a brief understanding of the steps needed to complete your project. From there I prefer a hands on approach, coming to meet you and look at your project in person. This enables me to talk over design ideas and the small details that will give you both an accurate estimate and an ideal finished outcome.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 5 years of painting experience. Having started under a company specializing in custom homes, I have learned to deliver top quality work from the beginning. From virtually any paint application to high quality wood refinishing I have the skillset to transition a wide variety of projects into your dream outcome.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After multiple professions I found that I have a passion for 3 things. Considerate business practices, proper execution of process, and doing something that matters. When I started painting with a friend I quickly felt that it gave me an outlet for all 3. Starting my own business has been one of the most fulfilling experiences in my life and I enjoy delivering a standard of excellence to each and every client.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have experience working with clients of any type. Homeowners, property managers, real estate agents; commercial business owners, banks, and rental properties.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

As a professional I am here to help you through all of the questions you have thought through and all of the ones that you haven’t.
