Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Each home is unique when it comes to pricing. We strive to provide competitive bids for all of our clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We are free no obligation estimates 7 days a week. If you like our bid we can schedule your painting project. We handle all the details along the way. Our customers simply select their colors and we do the rest.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have been in business servicing our customers for 15+ years. We have been to many trainings and seminars on painting best practices. We also stay focused on becoming and remaining a green friendly painting company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
In college, I started a house painting business and went door to door generating leads and booking estimates. In the summer, I hired and trained my friends and we produced over 50 jobs. I loved working face to face with my customers and crews, and really enjoyed seeing the joy my customers had when we completed a job.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Every kind. Homeowners, business owners, property managers, schools, churches, etc. Interior, exterior, deck staining, popcorn removal, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We completed an exterior paint job for a shelter that services women coming from a domestic violence household.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Don't be afraid the ask questions. Take your time with the process. Always ask to see some references. Never give a contractor more than 10% before completing the job. Always ask to see a copy of their insurance. Ask for a written warranty, not just a verbal warranty.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Are you insured? Do you have a written warranty? Do you have any references? What type of materials do you use? What type of prep work do you do?
