I’m not the lowest - and I’m not trying to win the job no matter what by lowering my prices to where then I may fell like I’m Compromising the work because my founds are running low ! It is very important to know what you looking for ,if you got rental Or investment property just talk to us - Let us know that you are not looking for the best quality of materials but rather want to job done within your budget Talk to us

What quality material are been use - many contractors try save a buck by buying least expensive materials which may reflect later on job quality - you want see it at first ,when is all new it’s always looking nice ,but with time (Paint especially) is tend to not holding well with weather - especially Ga forecast Lowest price most likely includes least expensive paints - not always best choice - talk to your contractor - explain your needs and make right decision Gather 2 or 3 estimates - compare Apple to Apple See which contractor you feel most comfortable with and which one is most knowledgeable about specific project you doing
